He oversees responsible sourcing frameworks, supplier integration, and manufacturing alignment—ensuring circularity is embedded directly into production environments. His work bridges product engineering with traceability infrastructure, aligning compliance, scalability, and commercial viability across global supply chains.

Victor is a technology entrepreneur and systems architect with over two decades of experience building scalable digital platforms. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of B Circular, he leads the architecture and deployment of enterprise-grade infrastructure designed to operationalise circular economy systems at scale.

He oversees the development of AI-driven analytics, blockchain-enabled traceability, cloud-native infrastructure, and automated reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility across complex supply chains.

Victor leads the development of EcoFabricTrace™, B Circular’s traceability and verification platform integrating chain-of-custody validation and Digital Product Passport frameworks to enable transparent, audit-ready tracking from origin through end-of-life.
